Job Opening:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 

 Part-Time and Full-Time 

Location: Anchorage, Alaska – In-home, school, and community settings

Schedule: Based on client needs and your availability (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Job Type: Part-Time and Full-Time

 Compensation & Benefits: 

• $18/hour during training

• $21.00–$26.00/hour upon RBT certification (based on experience)

• Paid sick leave

• Supervision hours provided for BCaBA and/or BCBA certification

• Flexible scheduling

• Mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities: 

• Deliver 1:1 ABA programming under BCBA supervision

• Implement programs from the individualized Treatment and Behavior Intervention Plans

• Record data promptly and accurately using electronic data systems

• Write session notes at the end of each session and obtain guardian signatures

• Report new or unexpected behaviors to the supervising BCBA

• Relay parent questions or concerns to the supervising BCBA

• Follow BACB ethics guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and company policies

• Ensure client safety and appropriate supervision during all sessions

• Report all critical incidents and safety concerns

• Comply with mandatory reporting requirements

• Maintain current certifications (e.g., RBT, CPR, HIPAA)

• Participate in required staff training and team meetings

• Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, punctuality, and communication

 Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• RBT certification or willingness to become certified (required)

• Ability to commute to client sites (required)

• Experience working with children (preferred)

• CPR certified (preferred)
