$21.00–$26.00/hour upon RBT certification (based on experience)

A New Day ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). As an RBT, you will provide high-quality, 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism in the home, school, and community.
Deliver 1:1 ABA programming under BCBA supervision
Implement programs from the individualized Treatment and Behavior Intervention Plans
Record data promptly and accurately using electronic data systems
Write session notes at the end of each session and obtain guardian signatures
Report new or unexpected behaviors to the supervising BCBA
Relay parent questions or concerns to the supervising BCBA
Follow BACB ethics guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and company policies
Ensure client safety and appropriate supervision during all sessions
Report all critical incidents and safety concerns
Comply with mandatory reporting requirements
Maintain current certifications (e.g., RBT, CPR, HIPAA)
Participate in required staff training and team meetings
Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, punctuality, and communication
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
RBT certification or willingness to become certified (required)
Ability to commute to client sites (required)
Experience working with children (preferred)
CPR certified (preferred)
